Our Factory
In 2010, we invested 3 million US dollars to import a set of world advanced polyurethane continuous production lines from Italy. Using the six-component online automatic operation mixing pouring technology, the mixing process of raw materials is completed online at one time, and it can be automatically adjusted online according to the temperature, thereby producing high-strength, energy-saving, green and environmentally friendly polyurethane thermal insulation composite panels.
In 2020, we invested in the second fully automatic seven-component online automatic foaming production equipment.

Production Equipment
The whole set of production equipment is an automatic production line integrating the functions of opening steel coil, film covering, forming, preheating, foaming, curing, cutting, cooling, stacking, packing, etc. The whole production line combines mechanical, chemical, electronic control, hydraulic, pneumatic and temperature control technology.
